Sit, listen to the wind, birds and trees. Allow the beauty and chaos that is nature to enter and propel you through this time we call life. Breath in the smells of an open fire place and a camp fire. Know the difference they have on you and your surroundings. Give with an open heart and mind. Know that there are richer and poorer. But never measure those two thoughts by the amount of money one has. For richness is how you live and give of yourself, not what you have.

One Crone to another ~ Never get old
Apricot and Aloe Eye Cream
Used on a regular basis, this rich cream will help chase away crow's feet and laugh-crinkles.
1 teaspoon apricot kernel oil
1 teaspoon grated beeswax
1/2 teaspoon aloe vera gel
3 drops grapefruit seed essential oil
1 vitamin E capsule
Combine oil and beeswax in the top of a double boiler. Heat until wax has melted; remove from the heat. Using a wooden spoon, beat in the aloe gel.
Allow to cool slightly and add essential oil and vitamin E (puncture the capsule and squeeze out its contents), stirring well. Pour into a small jar. Cool and cap tightly. Apply nightly before bed.

Facial massage
1 cup jojoba or almond oil
1 cup glycerin (vegetable is possible)
10 drops tea tree oil
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Mix the ingredients together and keep in a tinted glass jar. Use one to two
teaspoons of the facial cleanser with 1 fl. oz. (30 mil.) of warm water and splash the
diluted mixture on your face, massaging your skin as described. Wash off with cool
running water.

Age Spot Remover
1 teaspoon grated horseradish root
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
3 drops rosemary e.o.
Combine ingredients. If you know how, grating your own horseradish is best, but it is important to add juice and vinegar right away, before the enzymes start to break down. Don't get your fingers near your eyes -- horseradish is hot stuff. Simpler, though not as effective, is to buy a bottle of ground horseradish.

Anti-aging skin formula
This elegant formula is specifically designed to help skin cells regenerate. Aging, devitalized,
or environmentally damaged skin will drink up the benefits, and if your skin is still youthful and
dewy it will help you keep it that way! Here are the simple instructions for making this wonderfully beneficial formula:
2 teaspoons hazelnut oil
2 teaspoons unrefined rosehip seed oil
2 teaspoons unrefined avocado oil
2 drops balsam Peru essential oil
4 drops neroli essential oil
2 drops palmarosa essential oil
2 drops rose otto essential oil
Although this might look like an expensive and extensive ingredient list, it will make enough to last for a very long time.
1. Combine all ingredients in a 1-ounce dark glass bottle and cap tightly with a screw-type top.
Shake vigorously to blend. Store in a cool, dark, dry cabinet for 2 weeks prior to use, so oils can
synergize. It is important not to store a dropper top in the bottle, as the rubber will degrade and
allow the volatile therapeutic properties of the essential oils to evaporate. Reserve a separate
dropper top just for this bottle. For maximum potency, use within 6 months.
2. To use, cleanse the skin with a mild, super-fatted goat milk or herbal soap or a natural creamy
cleanser of your choice. Then place 3 to 5 drops of the formula in your palm, mix with a dab of
facial cream if desired, and massage into face and throat for 1 minute. Do this twice daily.
Yields approximately 1 ounce.
