Sit, listen to the wind, birds and trees. Allow the beauty and chaos that is nature to enter and propel you through this time we call life. Breath in the smells of an open fire place and a camp fire. Know the difference they have on you and your surroundings. Give with an open heart and mind. Know that there are richer and poorer. But never measure those two thoughts by the amount of money one has. For richness is how you live and give of yourself, not what you have.

Quick and Easy Chicken Bites dinner for two
5 frozen chicken tenders, partly thawed
about 1/2 pound pf bacon cut in half
1/2 of a bottle of chili sauce
1/2 cup maple syrup
Cut the partically defrosted chicken into 1 /12 inch chunks. wrap 1/2 a piece of bacon around the chicken and put in a oblong baking diah and continue with the rest of them. should cover the bottom of the dish.
Mix the chili sauce and the maple syrup and pour over the chicken bites. Bake about 25 minutes until chicken is done and the sauce is starting to brown on the bacon. Can be an appetizer but we ate it as dinner with Brown rice and corn.
Man was it good!
