THE SCIENCE OF TOTAL RECALL OF YOUR DREAMS

Believe it or not you can learn to recall most all your Dreams.
With these simple techniques you can start remembering dreams within the first or second night of practice. It's sort of like self hypnosis in a way. You are simply making suggestions to your mind before you are completely asleep.
This state of mind is called the borderline sleep level. It is when your brain is most likely to absorb the suggestions. They say that certain foods can cause bad dreams. Then again, sometimes when you eat food before bedtime that gives you indigestion, it might seem that it is causing you to have dreams. This is do to the fact that the indigestion is keeping you slightly awake. You know that borderline sleep level I mentioned earlier, so you are slightly aware of these dreams. There is one other thing to consider. If you are having intense dreams and they are in color then more than likely you are having a OBE.
There are 4 easy steps to this.

1. Preparing for Bed :Try to get the body as relaxed as you can. If you have to stretch or even do Yoga all the better. You can even meditate to clear your mind, so that you are more prepared for the next step. You don't have to eat or refrain from eating before bedtime. You may do as you like. Try experimenting with eating different foods before bedtime and see if you get any different results in the end. Make sure you have a pen and pad handy to write with next to the bed.
 
2. Programming : This is the most important part. When you get to that borderline sleep level (which is right before you are completely asleep) you must tell yourself over and over again that you will remember all your dreams and you will wake up after each dream and write down your experience. If you don't like having to repeat all that then try tape recording yourself saying these things. Make sure that you tape at least 10 - 15 min. worth. That should be sufficient.
 
3. Taking Notes :This is also very important. If you successfully wake up after each dream, then you must write down everything you can remember in detail. Write down whether the dream was in color or black and white. This is why we will keep a pen and pad next the bed. Make sure not to put it in the bed with you. You don't want to end up stabbing yourself in  your sleep. Then you must try to go right back to sleep. Keeping the pen and pad handy. Hopefully you will go right into another dream and repeat the process.
 
4. Reviewing the Night :Now it is time to review the night. You will be amazed at how many dreams you actually had that night! I usually find that I have 10 - 15 dreams a night and sometimes more. Everyone dreams and everyone dreams many times a night, they just don't know they do until they try something like this. Make special note of dreams that are in full-blown color, for you will want to reference them once you start studying Astral Projection.

Let someone else take care of those things for a while. Focus on what it is that you truly want to work on. What is it that makes you feel accomplished and creative? It is important for you to have balance, yet feeling as though you are trapped into doing everything, is very unhealthy. Let someone know that you need help.

TIP: Allow yourself to be moved to take on any CREATIVE tasks that you feel connected to. Don’t hold back on something because you feel that it is not right for you. If you wake up one morning and feel compelled to start knitting with bright yellow wool, just do it! You never know what will happen. Allow yourself to be guided by spirit.

What do the Letters behind the name of the Doctor you are trusting means

PhD - Doctor of Philosophy. The highest academic degree in most fields, not just philosophy. Usually takes about 10 years after high school including the bachelor's degree and often a master's.

AS - Associate of Science. The lowest "degree" level usually conferred by a community college after 2 years of full time study. Can be in an academic or vocational field.

MS - Master of Science. An advanced degree in a specialized field of study above the bachelor's degree. Usually takes 1.5 - 2 years full time after the bachelor's degree.

MBA - Master of Business Administration. A master's degree (higher than the bachelor's degree) that prepares managers and business leaders at a high level. Usually takes 1.5 - 2 years full time after the bachelor's degree and sometimes 3 years depending on the program.

BS - Bachelor of Science. Commonly called "a 4-year degree" because it takes about 4 years after high school if you attend full time. Reality is that most people take longer with the average time now nearing 6 years.

DO - Doctor of Osteopathy. A professional degree in the medical profession generally considered equal to the MD but concentrating less on medications and more on the whole body. 4 years after the bachelor's degree plus an internship and residency. About 10 years total after high school.

MD - Doctor of Medicine. A professional degree in the medical profession held by most of the people you refer to as "doctor". 4 years after the bachelor's degree plus an internship and residency. About 10 years total after high school. For some specialties it can be even longer.

MA - Master of Arts. Similar to the Master of Science but more theoretical (the MS is generally more practical or "how to") and taking about the same amount of time as the MS - 1.5 - 2 years after the bachelor's degree.

The order of degrees is:

* Associates degrees - AA, AS, AAS, AFA, ASN, ABA, etc...
* Bachelor's degrees - BA, BS, BFA, BMus, BBA, BComm, etc...
* First Professional Degree - MD, JD, DVM, DDS, DO, DPharm, etc... [see note below]
* Master's degree - MA, MS, MBA, MHA, MSW, etc...
* Specialist degree and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) - EdS in education/teaching. Simply "certificate" or "additional study" in other fields.
* Academic Doctorate - PhD, EdD, DMus, DArts, etc...

At the same level, there is no heirarchy of degrees. An MA, MS, MBA, MLIS, etc... are all "a master's degree" - but, there are significant differences in what each degree covers.

note: while holders of a first professional doctorate are called "Dr.", if they return to school for a higher degree it's for a master's degree (such as a JD returning for the higher degree LLM). For this reason, many people list the first professional doctorate immediately after the bachelor's degree and below the master's degree. In terms of earnings, these degrees generally pay higher than any other though.

Add: In academic terms, a theoretical degree is all about who, what, when, why of a subject and less about "how to". In this usage, a theoretical engineering degree would be pretty useless or at least called "historical preservation" and not engineering. This is why some people consider an MS to be "more practical" than an MA since the theory learned in the MA is often referred to as "book learning' but you don't know how to DO anything" while the applied methods of the MS is sometimes referred to as "can do it well but doesn't know why"

It represents the hidden "knower." We live now in these spirals of
awakening, where every philosophic thought should be considered,
balanced, and judged for its value. We should not be biased by past
beliefs or present appearances. We should have no favorite "isms" or
theories. Truth must be the primary objective as we enter realms
hitherto unknown or considered.

Through the power of seeing through appearances (visualization) , we
climb further on the "ladder of Light." We may use E.S.P.
(Extra-Sensory Perception) as a method of seeing into the subconscious
mind, but let us explore also our I.S.P. (Inner-Sensory Perception) as
a way to examine the Divine Spark within us, which reveals the
God-Power of the soul. Enlightened souls have unfolded a revelation of
the spiritual potential and will strive the more toward total oneness,
and eventually illumination.

We desire, more than anything in the world, to know ourselves.

When old knowledge no longer serves our growth, or when we cling to it
because we fear to leave it for the unknown, we are no longer growing.
If some new revelations seem strange, we must develop patience and
allow time for reflection. To attain perfection, we need to stay true
to the higher laws of the numbers under which we are working.

The number 11 stands for the self and the Christ-Self, as a
polarity within as One, though embodied in the flesh. A new birth has
occurred in our hearts as a "seed" of immortality; we envision a
brighter horizon. An inner voice calls us, as it called Abraham of old:

show you."

This new land meant a new and higher state of consciousness. "By
faith, Abraham ... when he was called obeyed and went out." (Hebrews
11:8) A growing faith brings realizations of what is meant by
"...substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen."

When souls reach an 11 incarnation they are called "old souls." This
__expression is misleading. It does not refer to one old in years, or,
older in terms of many incarnations, but older in reference to more
growth in Light upon the Path. Such people are those who have glimpsed
into what the Great Work will engender as
they move toward the goal of Cosmic Consciousness. Jesus said, "Ye are
the Light of the World."

Thus, we can derive that the Light Power within us demonstrates the
power of God in Nature." "God is Light and in Him there is no darkness

Individuals living under an 11 vibration must find the Light and share
it with all who come within their realm, as these dawning states of
consciousness work toward awareness of ever increasing order in
humanity.
