A good sedative
Mix together 1 tablespoon each of bee balm, hops, peppermint, camomile, and crushed fennel seed.
Add 1 tablespoon of the mixture
to 1 cup boiling water
Steep 10 minutes and strain. Sweeten with honey. Drink 1/2 hour before bed.

Try this to help relieve the symptoms:
Warm a cup of milk and steep four or five eucalyptus leaves in it.
Drink this to ease the discomfort..

Sore Throat relief
Sore throat or strep throat, is an inflammation of the throat and tonsils caused by bacteria.
Tea Tree Oil, mouthwash, sea salt, cooking pot, towel and vaporizer.
Remedy: Add 3 drops of Tea Tree Oil to 4 ounces of warm water. You can add pinch of sea salt to the mixture and gargle 2-3 times daily.
Tea Tree Oil mouthwash works also;
or add 5 drops of Tea Tree Oil to 2 ounces of mouthwash, and gargle.
Put 10 drops of Tea Tree Oil into a pot of warm water (4-6 cups).
Breathe in the vapors for 10 minutes, (tent your head and the pot with a towel).
A vaporizer in the bedroom, with 8 drops of Tea Tree Oil added, is also suggested.

Breathing ease
Condition: Bronchitis is an inflammation of the membrane that lines the air passages and bronchial tubes. The main symptoms are cough and increased expectoration, with or without associated wheezing and shortness of breath.
Supplies: Tea Tree Oil, cloth, grapeseed oil and cream.
Remedy: Steam chest with mixture of 5 drops of Tea Tree Oil on a warm, wet cloth applied to chest. Add 10-12 drops of Tea Tree Oil to a hot bath; soak. Massage the infected area with 3 drops of Tea Tree Oil added to a cream, or to an oil such as grapeseed.

Peppermint for sore legs
Peppermint is an anti-inflammatory with decongesting and soothing properties. Soy oil is used because it absorbs more quickly into the skin. This recipe gives relief for tired and cramped legs. Also, try following treatment with a footbath.
1/2 cup soy oil
4 drops peppermint essential oil
Combine oils and massage into legs. Store excess in a
jar. Also great on tired feet
