Sit, listen to the wind, birds and trees. Allow the beauty and chaos that is nature to enter and propel you through this time we call life. Breath in the smells of an open fire place and a camp fire. Know the difference they have on you and your surroundings. Give with an open heart and mind. Know that there are richer and poorer. But never measure those two thoughts by the amount of money one has. For richness is how you live and give of yourself, not what you have.

A Yule meal for guests. ~ table magick
This holiday season, wrap some pine and a cinnamon stick around a fabric napkin and tie. Place it in the oven at 350 for 6-10 minutes on a baking sheet, remove, let cool and place next to place settings for a fantastically seasonal aroma.
Another tip to try.... you can do this as well with wash cloths. After dinner, wet some wash cloths, roll them up and wrap them the same way as described above, and put in oven at 350 for about 12 minutes. Remove, let cool a bit and hand them out to guests (remove the herbs first) to clean their hands off with. It's a nice touch and wonderfully aromatic!
I've done this before in the summer with Lavender...and it's GREAT!
