Sit, listen to the wind, birds and trees. Allow the beauty and chaos that is nature to enter and propel you through this time we call life. Breath in the smells of an open fire place and a camp fire. Know the difference they have on you and your surroundings. Give with an open heart and mind. Know that there are richer and poorer. But never measure those two thoughts by the amount of money one has. For richness is how you live and give of yourself, not what you have.

During the winter months
Remember after driving your car the hood and under the hood is quite warm. Animals will naturally go to the warmth and fall asleep. So when you go out to restart your car please make noise, allow whatever critter enjoying a little warmth to make their get away and save their lives. Everything deserves life giving warmth.
Also remember those that live outside, food shortages get worse as the winter drags on. Please take a moment to throw outside the pieces of toast or what have you and allow the birds and animals to feed. I throw out a carrot for the bunnies I know dwell in my bushed and under the porch.
