Butterscotch Chip Cookies

In a bowl beat together
1 egg
1 stick softened butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Then add
1 1/2 cups flour
4-6 oz butterscotch chips

Blend well and place by teaspoons onto a cookie sheet. I prefer the bakers secret double lined ones as the bottoms do not darken like other baking pans.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 10-12 minutes.
