Perfect Brussel Sprouts Everytime
Ever make a vegetable dish and have it look old, tired, and not the beautiful green you see in the pictures in magazines. Well I have the secret to perfect, good for you, veggies. It is all in the cooking.
First of course you need to pick good vibrant food. Your beans should snap when you break them. Your corn should spit at you when you dig your nail into the kernels flesh. Brussels spouts should be a vibrant green when you start.
Put any of the veggies above in a pot with a teaspoon butter and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cover, and take off the heat. Leave covered 20 minutes while you finish preparing your meal then drain and serve. They will be perfect everytime.
