Cinnamon Bread


This bread was very moist and so good. it was quite sweet despite the lower sugar radio of most breads and is highly recommended.


BREAD INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
1/3 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour

SWIRL INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons water

DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat our oven to 350 degrees and prepare a bread pan by spraying with A non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl combine the first seven ingredients once mixed well. Add the last two and mix well then pour into the bread pan.

In a measuring cup combine swirl ingredients together – 1/3 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons water. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture over the bread, then use a knife to make swirling designs into the bread.

Bake for 50 minutes. Remove the bread from the oven and transfer it to a cooling rack or plate to cool.
