Colonial Poppy Seed Cake

This bread was put on JAP by Nancy Patrykus it is very good but a bit too sweet for my taste. However Eric loved it and ate all but one piece of it in two days. I had the last piece.  I suggest you cook it only 55 minutes - 1 hour as the 1hour 15 minutes was too long.  I cooked mine 1 hour and 5 minutes at even that was too long.
