Instant flu cure Thai soup

This is a quick no fuss recipe I make when I'm sick. It's hot and spicy, full of fresh ginger, flavor nutrients. I defy the cold/flu that can survive this

1 Trident Hot and Spicy Thai soup pack ( here is a link if your having trouble finding it : http://www.trident.net.au/TridentContent/QualityProducts.aspx?ProductGroupID=176)
1 Bunch of Choy Sum ( or Bok Choy I just prefer Choy Sum)
Small Handful of bean sprouts
Some pre cooked flavored tofu ( I use honey soy)
Fresh Ginger.
1 Egg
Fried onions ( the dry type you get from an Asian food store)

In a large laksa bowl, cut the Choy Sum into 10 cm lengths and put in the bowl.
Add a small handful of bean sprouts on top, then the tofu cut into thin slices. Peal the ginger and cut into match sticks, as much as you can handle.
Prepare the Thai soup mix as instructed it will take about 2 minutes for the rice noodle to roll, this means it's ready. Crack a raw egg into the soup, allow to sit for about 10 sec then lightly stir through it should look like egg drop soup.
Pour over the raw Veggie’s. Sprinkle the dry fried onions over the top.
