Mistletoe Bellini


 Use fresh raspberries to make your puree adding just a small amount of water
Strain out seeds
...
For each glass use:
1 oz of strained puree in glass
1 oz Raspberry liqueur
4 oz of Sparkling Rose top the glass with (or champange)
garnish with a Sprig of Thyme
