homemade Spinach Pizza

made some of Pat Duran's wonderful honey pizza crust a while back and today I brought it from the freezer and decided that since I didn't have pizza sauce or any red sauce that I would make some bread like thing any way. This is what I came up with
Cook time: 20 Min  Serves: 12 slices

1 /3 recipe of pats honey pizza dough
1 Tbsp garlic, diced
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 pkg 8 oz pesto sauce
1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese
2/3 pkg 10 oz frozen spinach, drained and squeezed
1/2 sm onion, diced

1. Make Pat's Pizza dough and use 1/3 for this recipe and you can make pizzas or freeze the rest. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bring spinach to room temperature and squeeze out all liquid. set aside.
2. In a small bowl cream together cream cheese and pesto until smooth them add garlic and mix well adding a little milk if needed. You want it thick but creamy.
3. Spread the pizza dough in a pre-treated pizza pan or cookie sheet. Put the creamed pesto mix over crust. Crumble on the spinach, add onions and top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese starts to turn golden Slice and serve.
4. our crazy dinner was wonderful cat fish, augratin potatoes and spinach pizza instead of a bread I used these two recipes tonight http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/bread/savory-bread/honey-pizza-dough-homemade.html?p=1 http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/fish/pan-fried-catfish-2.html?p=2
