Oat Pulp Apple Cake

To get the oat pulp you first have to make the Oat milk. Then there will be 1/2 cup of pulp left. that is what you will use to make this recipe. Trust me it was wonderful with the oat milk
  Serves: 1 (9x9) cake pan.

BEAT TOGETHER IN A LARGE BOWL
1 lg egg
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
THEN ADD
1/2 c oat pulp
1 2/3 c flour
1 pt jar caramel apple apple slices, minus liquid (i canned mine)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Fold in all ingredients together and pour into a 9x9 pan. Bake 25-35 minutes until the bake starts to brown slightly around edges and center cracks slightly.
3. Recipe for the oat milk. http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/drink/other-drink/oat-milk.html?p=10
4. I made my apple slices myself. The recipe included red hots and hot tamales and caramel balls (like they use on caramel apples). The look was horrible so I never posted the recipe. However any apple and cinnamon blend will do.
