Chocolate Chunk Coffee Cookies and Caramel Macchiato cookies
1 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
1/2 teaspoon salt
Beat together and add
1 1/2 cups flour
1 square chocolate bark chopped.
Mix well and drop by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet (I love my bakers secret) and bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes.
Want Caramel Macchiato cookies
Switch up the coffee granules for espresso powder, add two tablespoons caramel ice cream topping and 3 tablespoons more flour. Don't change the amount of flour if you prefer thinner cookies like top picture.
