We made these yesterday for breakfast. they were so good, a cross between a cake and a dessert.
1/2 cup oat pulp from making oat milk
2 cups any dry pancake
1 pint cinnamon apples

Mix together and add water if needed. Serve with pancake syrup.

Amish pancake syrup

1 1/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c white sugar
1/3 c light karo syrup
1 c water
AFTER ALL IS BOILED ADD THESE
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp maple extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Bring all to a boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 5 minutes. Add vanilla and maple flavoring and nuts.
