A Spell to Release Worry

We each have stresses and worries we deal with each day. To release them and feel carefree, collect the following items: a fan (or you ca...
n do this outside on a windy day), a tray or cookie sheet, and enough sand to fill the tray. With your finger or a stick, write your worries in the sand. You can write a sentence or just a single word. Then, allow the wind to blow them away, or use a fan. Repeat as desired, with the following words:
Element of air,
Take away my cares,
Blow them far away.
Help me not worry
About the little things
Each day.
Free my mind from stress,
Set me free.
As I will, so mote it be.
