Sit, listen to the wind, birds and trees. Allow the beauty and chaos that is nature to enter and propel you through this time we call life. Breath in the smells of an open fire place and a camp fire. Know the difference they have on you and your surroundings. Give with an open heart and mind. Know that there are richer and poorer. But never measure those two thoughts by the amount of money one has. For richness is how you live and give of yourself, not what you have.

Walking Meditation
**This is a walking meditation. Find a quiet place in nature where you can walk.
Be conscious of your footsteps, your breath and observe your surrounding as if for the first time. With each step see yourself allowing those things in your life that you have been allowing to control you fading away.
** Find a handful of pebbles and along your path allow these pebbles to represent what you are letting fade away.
Release the fear of losing, release all of the talking and release the judgment of yourself and others. Be well!

(My part I feel this meditation needed)
After you allow the letting go of the things that have controlled your movements. take a minute, look around. Listen to the birds, animals scurrying about, feel the gentle breeze as a dragon fly passes by. feel the needs of each and allow them to pass. Feel the wind as it fluctuates from a gentle breeze to stillness.
Sit quietly as watch your surroundings as they come alive with insects, creatures and people passing. Note the difference in attitudes between the animal kingdom and the insect word.
If you are near a stream or lake watch the water allowing your mind to wander as you envision being whatever passes by your eyes. Live that life with them until something else passes by then try on that life.
When you are almost ready to leave think about what you have learned from this walk. Allow that to intune who you were with who you are now.
Blessing and light you us all.
